The biggest and most exciting Christmas will happen this year as Araneta Center brings Le Grand Cirque. Directly from Las Vegas, this gigantic circus production will make your heart stop for a while with their electrifying aerial and acrobatic skills.

Le Grand Cirque artists fascinated millions of crowd all over the world with their unbelievable stunts and skills.

I had the chance to see it first today at the Charity Gala show held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.Two VIP tickets were given to me (Thank you Araneta Group). 🙂

The show was made more interesting with a comic twist as the mime interacts with the audience. If you would ask me what is my favorite stunt among acts presented I would say the fireman. My heart literally beats faster with his act.

Product Review: Happy Skin Moisturizing Lippie in First Kiss

Hello dearies!

Today I will be reviewing a product from my recent Sampleroom PH haul. Sampleroom PH had their Happy Skin run and I was lucky to grab all 3 make-ups they’re sampling. One of the product is this lippie.

Happy Skin is a Filipino brand formed from the creative minds of Jacqe Yuengtian-Gutierrez and Rissa Mananquil-Trillo. This brand became an instant hit because most of the shades are flattering to Filipina skin tone.

Shut Up & Kiss Me Moisturizing Lippie in First Kiss. One tube has 2.4 grams of product. Priced at PHP 549.

This lipstick comes in a crayon tube type of packaging, which reminds me of Revlon Colorburst Balm Stains. I love how sturdy the packaging.

List of ingredients. No paraben. Yay! 🙂

Lipstick when swatched at the back of my hand. ♡

Lipstick when worn. I love the vibrant, somewhat warm barbie pink shade because compliments my skin tone. This kind of pink whitens the teeth.

Pros:
¤ The product is true to what it claims. The lipstick is very moisturizing and it does not feel heavy on the lips. It feels like you are wearing a lip balm.
¤ It is pigmented. One swipe is enough to make the color pop.
¤ It stays on my lips for 3-4 hours just like most lipsticks do.
¤ It has no pungent or chemical smell which is a thumbs up.

Cons:
¤ The only problem that I experienced in this lippie is it transfers.

I love this lipstick and I am eyeing to buy one of their lippie in the Happy Skin x Plains and Prints Prints Made Pretty Collection in the shade Girl Boss.

Nail Salon Review: Lulu Nails and Dry Bar

Hello dearies! My usual “Me-time” would be a manicure and pedicure session. I love going to nail salon/spa to get pampered once in a while. Last February, I claimed my free deluxe manicure and pedicure at Lulu Nails in Ortigas. It was a price from BDJ when I joined their “A bella’s thanks” campaign. Thank you so much BDJ! 😁

The nail salon has a cozy vibe. I love their elegant, retro chic Audrey Hepburn theme. Their La-Z-Boy recliners are so comfortable.

Lulu has a good selection of soothing music which will make you more relax. You may opt to watch your favorite TV series or movie in their big screen LED TV.

Lulu has a lot of nail polishes to offer. Some of the brands were Orly, OPI, Seche Vite, Chanel, Dior, YSL and an organic brand Misa.

I like their service. Luxurious nail service indeed.

Product Review: Dial Coconut Water Hydrating Body Wash

Hello dearies! Our skin is the largest organ of our body and also the most exposed body part because of that we need to be extra careful with it. As for me, I am very careful in choosing products for my skin. I always go for the natural and organic products. Chemical based products tends to dry our skin. Last September 2014, there was a campaign in different social media sites wherein bloggers posted their photos holding a paper with a caption “I showered with coco”. Everyone who got the see their posts got curious whose “coco” is. The coco they’re talking about  is the new product from Dial which is the Dial coconut water hydrating body wash and soap.

I was able to try this bodywash for free c/o Sampleroom.ph (Thank you Sampleroom). Dial coconut water body wash contains bamboo leaf extract that provides ultra fresh hydration leaving your skin feeling clean and fresh. Aside from bamboo leaf extract, it also contains coconut water. Coconut water is known to be rich in antioxidants and electrolytes that helps the skin replenish its lost moisture.

Here are my thoughts on the product:

Pros:

• It’s super moisturizing. I don’t need to put lotion after I shower.
• It’s clear. You can really tell that this product contains natural ingredients.
• It’s lightweight. My skin doesn’t feel heavy after I shower.
• It has a light, fruity smell that last long.
• Affordable at 199 Php.

Cons:

• None I love this body wash.

I will give this product 4/5 rating. You can buy this at all leading supermarkets and department stores nationwide.

Product Review: PAC Gorgeous Liquid Lip Color in Creamy Cappuccino #GoProwithPAC

Hello dear readers of dutchfairyph blog! I hope you are all doing well! I am back again to give you a review on a lippie that I got as a price last Sunday in a make-up workshop event (I will do a separate post on that). The product is from PAC cosmetics. If you’re not familiar with the brand PAC cosmetics it’s an Indonesian make-up brand created by Martha Tillar who pioneered Asian make-up. Their make-up line is very suitable for asian skin.

Pros:
* Very pigmented
* Easy to apply
* It didn’t dried my lips
* Wearable shades
* Slim packaging
* Affordable

Cons:
* Longevity is around 2 hours. You need to re-apply the product.
* There’s a faint smell but tolerable.
